Arthur van der Drift will leave his position as manager of TROMP on 1 November 2023. From this date, he will start a new position as artistic planner at the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. In his own words: "Such a transition naturally brings about mixed feelings - 12 years of TROMP, the Muziekgebouw, the city of Eindhoven, the percussion world, all the friendly coworkers... they're not things one can easily say goodbye to. In spite of all this, I very much look forward to my new position in Rotterdam, where my experience of the past 12 years will serve as a rich source of inspiration."

Who will be the next manager of TROMP is yet to be decided, but will soon be announced.

Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and Stichting Tromp Muziek Biënnale thank Arthur for his many years of wonderful work and wish him the best of luck in his new position in Rotterdam.
