Dominique Vleeshouwers appointed Artistic Director of TROMP

We are pleased to announce that Dominique Vleeshouwers has been appointed as Artistic Director of TROMP Percussion Eindhoven. Dominique was the winner of the First, Press and Audience prize of the TROMP International Percussion Competition of 2014. Since then, he has performed as a soloist with many renowned ensembles and has given solo recitals and masterclasses all over the world.

Dominique has collaborated with TROMP on several occasions in the past years. He is the creative mind behind Marching & Breakin'; the opening act of the TROMP Festival in 2018. In the 2022 edition, Dominique organized and curated the Percussion Sessions: an in-depth festival programme track especially aimed at percussionists of all levels.
