Ethan Hall is an American percussionist who began his training at the age of 11. After graduating high school, he attended the Eastman School of Music for his bachelor’s in music performance. As a member of the Eastman Percussion Ensemble, he performed on world premieres of pieces by composers such as Joseph Schwantner and Michael Burritt. Ethan’s own compositions have been premiered by the Eastman Chamber Percussion Ensemble and the University of Texas Percussion Ensemble. In 2023, he was selected as the winner of the GPIMC Composition Contest. Ethan currently studies music performance at the University of Texas at Austin.
