This edition, we have a new series of workshops and masterclasses by world-renowned percussionists lined up for you. For those interested in the business side of music, a Pro-Pass will be available that will give acces to two full days of lectures about the business side of music. How do you get booked as an artist? What is an effective way of setting up a marketing strategy for musicians? And what does releasing an album entail? All of that and more will be covered in the Pro Pass. In two full days of lectures, discussion panels and interesting talks we will cover everything you need to know about being a professional musician that is not covered by your education at conservatory.
Brush up on your skills in this exciting series of workshops and masterclasses! Confirmed masters for this edition are Marta Klimasara, Arnold Marinissen, Niti Ranjan Biswas, Yi-Ping Yang, Michael Burritt, Marcelo Woloski, Pape Seck, Momoko Kamiya, the percussion legends of HIIIT and TROMP 2022 winner Gabriel Michaud. The Percussion Pass also gives full access to the programme of the Pro Pass.
Join the largest percussion group of the Netherlands and perform at the final concert of TROMP 2024, on 17 November! The day will be led by Niek KleinJan and you will perform a brand new piece by film composer and percussionist Arend Bruijn. A sure highlight of TROMP 2024 is Global Night, with a series of concerts inspired by different cultures. Join us for an open improv night at the end of the evening in music café M, where we will provide a beautiful collection of instruments on which you can show your skills and make new music friends.
