We provide the stage; you bring the groove. The Conservatory Sessions are all about creating the right presentation for the right audience. TROMP will provide a specific target audience for your performance and you create a concert that is just right for them. The sessions will consist of a 30 minute concert that is inspired by the cultural background of the performers, followed by a meet and greet with the audience.

The Conservatory Sessions seek to challenge aspiring professional percussionists to create a stage concept for the audience organized by TROMP. Registration is open to percussion groups consisting of students who are currently enrolled at a conservatory.

Half of the Conservatory Sessions will take place in the music cafe M by Muziekgebouw and the other half will be in mobile concert hall "the Classic Express". The Classic Express is a courtesy of the Prinses Christina Concours and brings music to the people throughout the Netherlands. During the TROMP Festival the Classic Express will be in Veghel, at about a half hour by bus from Eindhoven.
