Tickets and festival passes can be purchased via our website or on site at the ticketshop of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. Children aged 13 and older require a standard ticket.

Special arrangements and group reservations are available for groups of 20 people or more. For corporate packages or large educational visits, please reach out directly to our organization team.

Pets and dogs are not allowed in performance spaces and halls. Certified service, assistance, or guide dogs wearing clear official harnesses are of course permitted. Please notify the organization prior to your visit if attending with a service animal.

All catering points and ticket desks operate on a fully cashless system. Payments can be made quickly and securely using debit/credit cards or mobile payment options.

Bringing outside food or beverages into catered indoor areas and venue bars is prohibited. Visitors are welcome to purchase drinks on-site. There are limited food purchasings options on site, but we are in the city centre with many dinneroptions just next door.

TROMP offers tailored family concerts, interactive rhythm installations, and accessible youth performances designed for children and families.

All TROMP locations have surrounding venues with vibrant cafes, and restaurants. Here, you can enjoy light meals, snacks, and beverages between sessions or reserve a table for dinner prior to evening concerts.

Selected masterclasses and workshops are open for public audience observation, while hands-on participation sessions may require advance registration. Specific guidelines on whether an event is active or passive are listed per session in the program schedule.

All participating festival venues are fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with accessible facilities. If you require specific seating assistance or a reserved wheelchair space, please get in touch with our organization team.

TROMP is a multi-faceted event: the Festival showcases world-class professional percussion concerts; the Competitions feature international rising talents competing for top honors; and the Academy offers workshops and masterclasses for students and percussion enthusiasts.

Festival events take place at prime locations across Eindhoven city centre. Primarily centered around Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and CKE. All main venues are within comfortable walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station, and public transport or city bike rentals are easily accessible.

Due to safety reasons: bags or large luggage items such as instruments are not allowed to take with you in our concert halls. Please store them elsewhere, thank you.
Muziekgebouw Eindhoven has a cloakroom. CKE and Dynamo do not have a cloakroom. You can take your coat and your purse with you into our hall, if you prefer.

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any TROMP 2026 activities, you consent to being photographed and filmed. This media may be used by TROMP Percussion or its affiliates for promotional and archival purposes across all platforms. This policy applies to both free and ticketed events across all festival locations. TROMP is a non-profit foundation.

The house rules of the venue always apply
Age restrictions and alcohol
The festival offers performances suitable for all ages, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. In accordance with legal regulations, alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.
Prohibited items & safety regulations
For visitor safety and clear emergency escape routes, large items such as bags with instruments, folding bicycles, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside performance halls. Weapons and illegal substances are strictly forbidden.
Food, drinks & catering policies
Bringing outside food or beverages into catered indoor areas and venue bars is prohibited. Visitors are welcome to purchase drinks on-site. There are limited or no food catering options on site.
Academy en Competition no refund policy
There is no refund available for Academy tickets or Competition candidates.
Photography and video
It is not allowed to bring or use professional camera equipment and/or selfie sticks. You are allowed to film of photograph with your phone, however keep this to a minimum to make sure you are not bothering our artists and other visitors.
These rules apply to all attendees and participants, regardless of whether you purchased a ticket or entered free of charge. TROMP Percussion assumes no liability for loss of personal property or damages.
